Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your candle to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at madycandleemporium@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that a £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized candles (like Secret Message Candles), sale items, and gift cards. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges

To get what you want quickly, return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note the £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at madycandleemporium@gmail.com.
